This is a new beta release by xenova (Joshua Lochner) · GitHub that runs completely locally in the browser.
I tried it out and it is pretty fast but the results in helping me manage my to do list were not very good.
Interesting project to follow though as they work to bring the power of digital brains that can be owned and controlled directly from the browser.
